Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00 CST.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we have several trucks in our fleet that enable us to deliver throughout the Midwest. Going farther afield we outsource shipping to LTL.
Do you ship?
Yes, have extensive experience arranging LTL and dedicated flatbed trucks to deliver within the continental United States. We’ve also shipped to Hawaii, Canada and the Caribbean. Whether it be over the road, via airplane, railway or even helicopter, we’ll work with you to find the most suitable transportation method for your project.
How does SMS keep material protected in transit?
We have a dedicated crating department solely devoted to building custom crates and skids. Receiving your product in optimal condition is our priority.
How long does it take to fabricate?
This depends on the availability of material. With customer service a top priority at SMS, we stock over 35 prefinished Kynar color steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, galvalume, copper, zinc, stainless steel, Freedom Gray, lead coated copper, Roofinox, and more. As a result, we can offer the competitive advantage of short lead times.
Our lead time for fabrication is typically between 1-3 days depending on the season, project volume, and the complexity of profiles.

We rollform standing seam snap lock panels in 1”, 1.5” and 2” rises. We roll-form mechanical lock panels in 1”, 1.5” and 2” rises. We also manufacture soffit panels and wall panels.
Do you roll-form panel on site?
We roll-form our panels in-house and protectively crate them to be delivered to your warehouse or jobsite safely.
Do you have samples?
Yes, we have a large library of paint finish samples, material samples and profiles samples available. Custom flashing samples are available upon request.
Do you process material takeoffs?
While we appreciate drawings to accurately quote and fabricate your projects, all final measurements and quantities are provided by the contractor.
